Letter to Our Supporters

Dear friends of Millersville Catholic,

            I began serving here at Millersville as the chaplain in late June and am only coming to know this ministry myself. However, the students I have meet and what I have heard from so many alumni are testaments to the importance of this mission and the faith of this community. From the famous Wednesday night dinners to small groups to simply hanging out in the Newman House, our ministry is so important for the spiritual welfare of the Catholic students here at Millersville University.

            Thanks to the goodness of many of you, we have been able to add more events, retreats, and other offerings to our calendar, all helping our students grow in relationship with Jesus Christ. Like so many, we are recovering from the pandemic, but we are confident that this community will continue to help so many.

            We continue to run on the generosity of our benefactors and the Lenten appeal. Please keep praying that we meet our financial needs! If you're ever in a position to think of us with your tithe, we are also most grateful. Or if you're part of a Knights of Columbus council or CCW or some other group, consider supporting us! Everyone wants their children to have a strong campus ministry on campus, but not being a part of any parish, we can use all the help we can get to make sure that happens.

            Again, you're always welcome here, feel free to stop by the Newman House anytime you're around! Call first if you want to make sure we're around, as we're often out with students on campus. May God bless you and keep you always!
